Once you’ve approved your insurance solutions, we begin to implement the plan. We
will ensure that you receive all of the pertinent documents and deliver your policy. Our support
team will reach out to provide additional assistance and personally introduce themselves.

Presentation

Our team will meet with your board to give an in-depth presentation of the insurance
solutions that will best serve the needs of your organization. In the presentation, we discuss not just what each coverage is, but how the coverages will protect your organization’s future if an unexpected event happened.

During the presentation, we work with the organization’s leaders to create your personalized Service Commitment. This helps set expectations for CTG and your organization to ensure your specific needs are being met.

Development

After learning about your organization, we begin building an insurance plan to fit your
personalized needs and budget. We work to find the most comprehensive coverages at the
most competitive price to protect your organization and the people you serve.

Discovery

We meet with you to learn about your mission and ask questions to understand the unique needs of the organization and those you serve. Making an on-site visit allows us to gain a greater understanding of your operations. Our needs analysis helps us start to build your
insurance plan and experience. Getting to know us is just as important, answering your questions about who we are and how we can help is a key part in beginning to work together.
